Kelli Anne Shark

FARMINGTON - Services for Kelli Anne Shark, 16, Amarillo, Texas, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Bonaparte Baptist Church. Bob Dodds will officiate. Burial will be in Bonaparte.

Kelli Shark was killed in a single vehicle accident near Bentonsport at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, July 4.

She was born Oct. 17, 1972, at Keokuk. She was a high school junior and was a member of the Rolling Hills Saddle Club of Austin, Texas.

Surviving are her parents, Ron Shark, Keokuk, and Diane Kerr Eilers, Amarillo; a brother, Travis Shark, Amarillo; a step-brother, Joshua Eileers, Amarillo; four stepsisters, Jessica Eilers, Amarillo, Mellissa Duran and Diana Gonzales, both of Victoria, Texas, and Lori Scott, Keokuk; grandparents Mrs. Leo Meierotto, West Point, Anne Coovert, Keokuk, and Mr. and Mrs. William Eilers, St. Charles, mo., and great-grandmother, Mrs. William Kerr, Wayland, Mo.

The body is at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington where the family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.

A memorial is being established with the Bonaparte First Responders. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
