Betty Carr

ELDON - Betty D. Carr, 60, of Eldon died April 10, 1989, at her home.

She was born Sept. 26, 1928, in Van Buren County to Clyde and Pearl Muntz Boyd. She was a resident of Van Buren County and Eldon area all of her life. She married Charles S. Carr; he died Sept. 10, 1977.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathy; a son, Richard, a sister, Arleta Gaule of West Burlington; and a brother, James Boyd of West Chester.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Thompson Cemetery, southeast of Keosauqua, the Rev. John Walton officiating.

Visitation is open after noon today at Campbell Funeral Home in Eldon.
