Word has been received by friends of the passing of Harold L. Holbert, former resident of Keosauqua. He was born August 1, 1914 in Iowa and died July 5, 1988 at Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 8 at Grimshaw Bethany Chapel in Phoenix.
Harold Holbert graduated with the class of 1932 from the High School in Keosauqua. His mother Bessie Strait Holbert, will be remembered as long time resident of Keosauqua.
