Cora Irene Braden

FARMINGTON - Services for Cora Irene Braden, 75, Muscatine, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. The Rev. George Tharp will officiate. burial will be in Croton Cemetery.

Mrs. Braden died Tuesday, Jan. 19, at the Muscatine General Hospital.

She was born May 25, 1912, in Farmington. She was a nurse at St. Luke's Hospital, Davenport, and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Muscatine.

On June 22, 1958, at Davenport, she was married to Samuel B. Braden, who survives.

Also surviving are a brother, Ernest R. Palmer, Rock Island, Ill.; six nephews and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Her parents were James M. and Debbie Ann Parke Palmer.

Friends may call as they desire at the Hofbauer Funeral Home where the family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
