Robert W. Meierotto

DONNELLSON - Robert W. Meierotto, 45, Donnellson, died at 4:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

Mr. Meierotto was born Oct. 14, 1941, at Mount Hamill, Iowa, and was a farmer. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of West Point, and Knights of Columbus of Houghton.

On July 6, 1963, at Houghton he married Linda Lampe, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Randy and Greg Meierotto, both of Donnellson; a daughter, Kim Meierotto of Donnellson; a brother, Delmar Meierotto, Farmington; and a sister, Joan Bissell, Ottumwa.

His parents were Alvis and Dorothy Holtkamp Meierotto.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church of West Point. The Rev. Jerry Stouvenel will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John's cemetery in Houghton.

The body is at the Hofbauer Funeral Home where a Christian Wake service will be held at 7 p.m. and a Knights of Columbus service following.

A memorial is being established. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
