Mrs. Penrod's funeral is set

Funeral services will be held Friday for Mrs. Nora Maude Penrod, 91, who died at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Nelson Nursing Home in Pulaski.

The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. at the Milton Christian Church by the Rev. Gerald Caughron. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Milton. The Wellborn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born Nov. 4, 1883 in Davis County to William and Mary Lou Archer Bollman. On March 27, 1907, she married Arthur Penrod. He preceded her in death as did one son.

Survivors include one son, Bill Gaylord of Oskaloosa; one daughter, Pauline Lewis of Floris with whom she had made her home; six grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Mable DeVault and Mrs. Elsie Trachsel of Milton and Mrs. Goldie Archer of Bloomfield; one brother, Percy Bollman of Bloomfield.
