Lottie M. Van Buskirk, 96, of Hawarden died Monday in a care center in Hawarden. Services were September 18 at Trinity Lutheran church. The Rev. Paul Sieveking officiated. Burial was at Grace Hill Cemetery. The deceased, the former Lottie Allison, was born November 14, 1889, in Durham, Missouri. She married Frank Van Buskirk on December 11, 1911 in Hawarden. They farmed in the Craig area until moving to Hawarden in 1940. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Lester of Hawarden and Vernon of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; a daughter, Lois Adamson of California; 21 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
