Survived by: Nephew, Larry (spouse, Janice) Kolb of North Hills, CA; several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews

Predeceased by: parents, William and Addie (nee Clark) Kolb; brothers, Gordon Kolb, Lewis Kolb, and Charles Kolb; sisters-in-law, Virginia Kolb and Elvie Kolb; nephew, Warren Kolb

Education: attended Clay #3 School and graduated from Elk Horn (IA) High School, Class of 1926; graduated from Methodist College of Nursing, Omaha, NE, Class of 1930.

Employment: Employed as a private nurse in Omaha, NE for a short time; moved to Wahoo, NE, where she again worked as a nurse. Eunice moved to Los Angeles, CA, private nursing in Omaha for a short time before moving to Wahoo, Nebraska, where she again worked as a nurse. In 1945, Eunice moved to Los Angeles, CA, and continued her nursing career. She retired in 1971.
