? photo of 1896-1901 Ringgold County treasurer?

Am wondering if there might be a photo out there of a relative, John L. Patterson, farmer, who was also treasurer of Ringgold County from Jan 1, 1896- Jan 1, 1902.

(I am looking at his alumni questionnaire for Oberlin college, which he filled out in 1908. On it he reports that he moved to Ringgold County in April 1878. Farmed until Jan 1st 1896. Lived in Mt. Ayr Jan 1, 1896 to Nov 1906, then moved to Neosho, Newton County, Missouri. The move from Richland County, Ohio, to Ringgold, Iowa, happened 2 years after he married Rowena Huffman.
