Thank you for your kind words. I enjoyed putting the piece together and hope I conveyed the tragedy behind the Barrow gang's deeds and not glorify them. I spent a lot of time researching their known victims but didn't include those that were not confirmed as their victims.

I'll look through my notes and see if I have anything to confirm your suspicions.

FWIW, the piece ran in the Mount Ayr paper and was so popular, it will be coming out next month (July, 2011) in a book. Details to come later.

Joyce Johnston's father was Glen Caldwell. Joyce assisted in that part of the story - Thank you again Joyce!!!!
