Mrs. Gertrude P. (ROSE) COOK, 79, former resident of Creston, Iowa died at San Diego, California, May 20, 1979. Her funeral was held at the Eternal Hills Chapel at San Diego, California, with Rev Edward M. GROSS of Grace Brethren Church at Goleta, California, officiating, burial was in Eternal Hills Memorial Park at Oceanside, California.
She was born at Knowlton, Iowa and attended school in Creston, Iowa.
Her husband Ray S. Cook has preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son Joseph D. COOK of Oceanside, California; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a sister Mrs. Harvey REETZ of San Diego, California.
