NOTICE of DEATH.

Marion STINTSON, who shot himself last week, died on Sunday morning, having lived since Friday morning with a terrible bullet hole in his head. He was buried at Bethel [Cemetery near Diagonal] on Tuesday. No cause is yet known for the rash act. It is not true, as has been stated, that he was drinking. He had not been known to drink any since the 5th of July.
