A.W. SARGENT
DIES IN WATERLOOWord was received this morning of the death of A.W. Sargent, in Waterloo, where he went Monday to attend a short course for painters in which he had been much interested. According to the meagre information which has been received, Mr. Sargent suffered a heart attack while dressing and died very soon. He was 69 years old.
Three of the children, Miss Louisa Sargent of the college faculty, Don Sargent and Miss Genevieve Sargent, who has been employed in Des Moines, went to Waterloo this morning and from there will accompany the body to Fonda, Mr. Sargent's home for forty years, where the funeral will take place.
