I'm sorry - Anthony Kern b. 8-24-1847 germany; d.11-23-1890 Webster City, IA buried in McLean Cemetery, McLean, McLean co., IL; parents Jackob Kern, E. Hirst both of Germany (per census & marriage certif)
M. Henrietta Gibbs 3-9-1882 Funks Grove, McLean co., IL. Had 3 children, Emma Mae (my grandmother), Harrietta Ellen (m. Sam. Rohlen) and William.
Supposedly shot at a man in Randolph, McLean co., IL then took off for IA where he killed himself.
