I have no connection to these people, but did as you requested and checked my marriage index cd for Iowa. Your post did confuse me a bit, but I think I found what you're looking for.

Lavina Casebeer married Jacob Haricrat on
Dec 28, 1858 in Polk county.

note: the index says HARICRAT for his surname.

There is also a John W. Casebeer married Sarah A.
Harges on Jun 12, 1868 in Polk county.

Ed Casebeer married Emma Osborn on
Dec 6, 1921 in Dallas county.

Mittie Casebeer married C.W. Patterson on
Sept 3, 1879 in Polk county.

Mary Casbeer married John Hunt on
Jan 10, 1858 in Dallas county.
