Henry, the year and half old son of Mr. and Mrs., George Appeldorn met his sudden death Monday evening of this week. The little fellow went with his father in a truck to the field where Mr. Appeldorn started an engine to pump water. The little one was left in the truck where in the absence of the father he got hold of a small bottle of contained gasoline. He somehow got the cork out and took just one swallow of the gasoline. That was enough to cause death in a short time. It was a shocking accident and Mr. and Mrs. Appeldorn will have the sympathy of many friends in this bereavement.

Funeral services will be held at the Paullina Presbyterian church Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, Dr. H. P. Morgan will officiate. Interment will be in Prairie View cemetery.
