Richmond and Bell Family

I have information about the family of Samuel D. Richmond, Would like to know about his wife, Sarah B.Bell, History books say her parents Issac Bell and an unknow Elizabeth. Can't find the Richmond's on Trimble Co. Records, looking for Samuel's parents John Richmond and an unknow Alice.
My research is thru William Perry Richmond, who married Leona Dillon (from Oskaloosa), 1897, their daughter,Ethel Fern married William Harrison, from Marion Co.
