Summer, State Registar, Vital Statistics, in office of the Clerk of the District County of Mitchell County, Iowa, shows that Mary P. Helms, aged 93 years and 18 days, a widow, died at Osage, Mitchell County, Iowa, Jan. 3, 1912, of Myocarditis (acute) and was buried at Osage, Jan. 5, 1912.
