Nov. 30, 1891.

I Benjamin Helms of Osage in the County of Mitchell and State of Iowa Being of Sound and disposing Mind, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament-

And as to my wordly Estate and all the property real or personal of which I shall be entitled at the time of my discease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the maner folowing to wit--
My Will is that all my first or lawful debts shall by my Executors herein named be paid out of my Estate as soon after my decease as convenent--

I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Mary P the intire use of, or so mutch as shall be necessary for her needs or maintenance during her lifetime-- and after paying all necessary expenses at her discease-- and providing thereby
aney residue left-- It is my will that it be expended for suitable Toom stines or Bronzie Monument to be placed on my lot in Osage Cemetry grounds. And I do appoint my wife Mary P. as Executratix-- and J. F. Dailey as executor--To this my last will and testtament.

In witness whereof I Benjamin Helms have this day August the 19th in the year Eighteen Hundred & Eighty Nine (1899)

And in the presence of these Witnesses signed this for my last will and testament.
