A Codicil to the last will and testament Mary J. Piper made and executed on the 27th day of 1900,
and witnessed by J. M. Moody and Adelia M. Moody.

Item 1st.

I hereby revoke item No.one on said will in this That the said Ida W. Torslefkk, is not to pay to my grandson L. Burton Waddell the seventy five dollars annually as therein stated.

Item 2d.

I give and bequeath to John Torsleff, husband of my daughter Ida W. a home on the premises set forth in item numbered one and also support on said premises provided he shall outlive his said wife, Ida W..
