LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF WILLIAM D. TOMLINSON.

Will Record No.1, Page 384.“ I William D. Tomlinson, of the town of Osage in the county of Mitchell and state of Iowa, being of the age of eighty-two years, and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say:
First. It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second. I give and devise and bequeath to my wife Mary A. Tomlinson, all my estate and property both real and personal of whatsoever name or kind, to be held by her absolutely, subject to the payment of my debts and funeral expenses as aforesaid, provided, and on condition that she shall survive me.
Third. In case my said wife shall not be living at the time of my death, then it is my will that all my estate of whatsoever kind shall go to my two sons, Charles E. Tomlinson and Alfred J. Tomlinson, to be divided between them one half to each of them, and to be held and owned by them absolutely, subject only to item first of this instrument.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my son Alfred J. Tomlinson, executor of this my last will and testament, and hereby exempt him from the obligation of giving bonds as such executor. And I hereby revoke and annul all former wills by me made.
