LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF ARIUS A. BEEBE:

Probate Record B, Page 33.I, Arius A. Beebe of Osage in the County of Mitchell in the State of Iowa, do hereby make, ordain and declare this instrument which is subscribed with my own hand to be my Last Will and Testament.
Item 1st. All of my debts of which there are but few are to be paid by my testatrix hereinafter constituted as speedily as circumstances will permit.
Item 2nd. to my dearly beloved wife, Lucinda Beebe, I give and bequeath all and singular all my real estate, lands and tenements and heriditaments of every name and nature whatsoever and wherever situated.
And I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said wife, Lucinda, all my personal property, effects, rights and credits, choses in action, as well as in possession, and all rights of every kind whatsoever to me in any manner
appertaining to or in any manner to me belonging, in any property of whatever nature, whether real, personal or mixed, with the full power to hold the same or to dispose of the same in any manner whatever and to appropriate the entire proceeds of the same to her own use and benefit.Lastly, I constitute my said wife, Lucinda Beebe my sole Administratrix and direct that her said appointment be confirmed and that no bond whatever be required of her as said Administratrix, but that she take full possession
of all property, rights and credits herein bequeathed and that after discharging all debts that she shall at once become entitled to the absolute control thereof against all persons whomsoever.In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of August, A.D. 1860. Arius A. Beebe.
“We, O.P. Harwood and William J. Smith, both of Osage Township, in the County of Mitchell, do hereby certify that on the 29th day of August, 1860, that the said Arius A. Beebe in our presence read the foregoing instrument and in our presence and hearing signed the same and declared that he executed the same as his
