ROBERT CLARKE
Robert Clarke, age 64, a native of Pella, died at the Veterans hospital in Des Moines, Tuesday October 30. He had gone to the hospital from Waverly, where he made his home of late years. He had served as custodian at the post office in Waverly.

Funeral services were held at Waverly at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 1, and the body was brought to Pella for burial, the graveside services were held at the Oakwood cemetery at 3 p.m. Rev. C.F. Perrons, chaplain of the Legion Post officiating.

Robert died in 1951 and was the son of Moses A and Jennie E Finn Clarke and a cousin of mine.
