Grandview, June 14- Death had once more come to our little town and snatched from our midst a kind and loving friend in the person of Mrs. Sarah Vandervort. She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ed Thompson, on Sunday night. She was sick only a few hours and death was a relief to her. Just two weeks before she celebrated her 79th birthday. She leaves to mourn two sons and five daughters. The funeral occurred from the M. E. church on Wednesday, June 15, Rev. D. C. Bevan officiating.
