Need Obit Lookup for 1856

Though James Robert Patterson lived in the South Fork, Delaware County area, he also owned land in the Bowens Prairie area too and is buried at the Bowen's Prairie cemetery.

His death is shrouded in a cloud of mystery and wish to find an obit on him. He was fairly prominent in having a good sum of money for the time he died but his wife "took the money and ran" sort of speak.

His death is listed as January 4, 1856.

Sometimes seen as Robert Patterson but his first name was actually James with middle name Robert.

Can someone help with this? Thanks!
