Minerva Chaplain's maiden Name

I am currently working on the Daniel & Minerva Chaplain/Chaplin family. Daniel died in Iowa Territory July, 1839, shortly after arriving.

Minerva Chaplain married Solomon Elliot in 1845. She died between 1850 & 1856 in Linn or Jones Co.

Known children:
Benj F b 1818 Cortland Co., NY married Ellen (Baugh?) d03/08/1890 Riverside Cem.

Corydon Silas Chaplin b 1827 NY married Hannah Rooney in Jones Co in 1847. Went to Ukiah, Mendocino Co., CA. Corydon died 1893.

Albert Chaplin b 1830 NY married Elvira J. - In 1900 census in Denver, Araphoe Co., CO

Eusebia (Chaplin) Gleason b 1812 Cortland Co., NY married Loren G (or B) Gleason, Sr ca 1837 in NY. To Jones Co. in 1853. Loren died pre 1856.

I would like Minerva's maiden name.

I have siblings of Daniel and his ancestry.
