Sorry to have not noticed this post before. I am now looking for a Brundidge myself.

Charles Myron Brundidge and wife Neva Colvell does seem to be elusive. I note they did marry in Jones County 1891.

Charles shows up on the 1900 census in Sterling, Whiteside Co., Illinois but has remarried c.1898 to someone named Minnie and had a newborn in the house.

So, does this mean that Neva died between 1891-1898? Did they divorce? I have not run across a death listing in Illinois yet (their pre 1916 database does not include Whiteside County) and nothing in Jones County either.

I do know she was born in the Brush Creek area of Fayette Co., IA so possibly she is in a family plot there?

Just some ideas.
