Patrick Adrian Lewis II, 37, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

Burial with Military Honors will be held at 2 PM, Monday, October 23, 2023 at Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.

Adrian was born February 13, 1986 in Landstuhl, Germany. He was a graduate of Iowa City West High School. Adrian served in the US Army.

Survivors include his mother, Melanie Cook of Rock Island, IL. and his father, Patrick Lewis Sr. (Rhonda) of Brazil, Indiana; three half-siblings, Alyssa (Scott), Megan, and Carly; his grandmother, Patricia Lewis; and nephews, Elijah.

Adrian was preceded in death his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandfather.
