Amanda B Banister married Sheridan F Cook on 24 December 1891 in Adair Co., Iowa. They were the parents of Ira Franklin, Emma Ester, and Maud Carline Cook.
Amanda married William Webb on 21 March 1904. They were the parents of James, Herbert Ernest, Florence Bessie, and Wilber Levi Webb.
Amanda married Mr. Wailes.
Amanda Wailes Funeral Monday
Rites of Mrs. Amanda Webb Wailes, 81, of 1042 Eighteenth St., will be held at 1 pm Monday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home, with burial at Newton.
Mrs. Wailes, who had been in ill health for 6 years died Friday at the Grayson Nursing Home.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Emma Patchin and Mrs. Florence Bolte, Des Moines and Mrs. Maude Rairdon of Newton; three sons, Ira Cook, Davenport, Herbert Webb, Moline, Illinois, and Wilber Webb of Des Moines; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Brown, Bridgewater and Mrs. James Baima, Aurora, Illinois; two brothers William Banister, Creston and James Banister, Chariton; 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
