Memorial services for Mrs. Walter J. (Bernice P. "Bea") Molleck, 77, of South Town Apartments in Newton who died Sunday of injuries suffered in a automobile accident earlier that day will be held at a later date.
Cremation has been held.
A memorial in her name has been established and memorials to the organization of the donor's choice may be left at the Reese Funeral Home. ~ The Newton Daily News, Newton, Iowa Tues 3 July 1984.

Bernice MolleckMrs. Walter J. (Bernice P. "Bea") Molleck, 77, of 604 3rd St. S., South Town Apartments, a resident of Newton since 1934, died Sunday evening July 1, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines following an automobile accident Sunday noon on Interstate 80.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Her body was cremated.
Memorial contributions to the organization of the donor's choice will be accepted.
Survivors are a son, David N. Molleck of Denver, Colo.; a step-son, Robert Molleck of Peoria, Ill.; a daughter, Catherine P. Molleck of Golden, Colo.; a step daughter, Betty L. Bacon of Peoria, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother.
Mrs. Molleck, a member of the First Presbyterian Church, was a charter member of Chapter EN, TTT Society.
Mrs. Molleck had taught at berg Elementary School and had been a librarian.
The daughter of Frank L. and Ida L. Putnam, she was born in 1906 in Sanborn, was graduated from Harley High School and South Dakota State University, did graduate work at the University of Southern California and attended the School of Art in Denver, Colo.
