Harold F. Eubank

Harold F. Eubank, the son of Marion and Iva Eubank and born near Mingo on March, 15, 1930, died at his home in West Lafayette, Indiana on June 3, 2001 of heart disease.

He graduated from Mingo Community School and Iowa State University, served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean war.

He was a retired Purdue University Agronomy specialist and a C.G. Appraiser.

Surviving is his wife Jannine, a daughter Mrs. Charles (Julie) Cornell of Crown Point, Indiana; two sons; Andrew of Logansport, Indiana and Edward of Tinley Park, Illinois; two sisters: Ruth Noring of Newton, Iowa, Louise Henley of Bettendorf, Iowa; six grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents, a brother, Bill Eubank, and a grandchild.

A memorial mass was held at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church on June 7th, Orland Hills, Illinois. His body was donated to science and there will be a future private burial. ~ The Jasper County Tribune, July 25, 2001
