Patricia Ann Mark Murphy, 67, of Hawaiian Gardens, California, a former Prairie City resident, died Wednesday, September 30, 1992 at Hawaiian Gardens.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 3 at the Church of Our Fathers. The Rev. Ford R. Miller, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Long Beach, California, conducted the services. Entombment was in the Ascension Mausoleum in Forest Lawn–Cypress at Cypress, California. Forest Lawn Mortuary of Cypress handled arrangements.
Survivors include two sisters, Shirley Jo and Donna Lou; four children; and seven grandchildren.
The oldest daughter of Freddy and Mabel Marks, she was born March 12, 1925 at Prairie City. She was a graduate of Prairie City High School and had attended a class reunion and this year’s Old Settlers celebration.
