Gone to Rest – Leander Kiskadden was born in Indiana Co., Pa., Nov. 5, 1810, and died Dec. 4, 1879, of paralysis, at his residence nine miles south of Newton. He leaves a companion and five children – one son and four daughters – besides many friends, to mourn his loss. Father Kiskadden had been a member of the M. E. Church for several years, and we trust our loss is his gain. The relatives have the sympathy of their friends and neighbors in their dark hour of bereavement.
