The funeral of Mr. Wm. Fitz Gibbon, took place on Tuesday afternoon, and was attended by a large number of his friends. He was reputed to be one of the best and most careful engineers on the road, and a great favorite with everybody, a member of the Brotherhood of Engineers, and a worthy Mason. He was buried by the Masonic fraternity. His age was about forty years, he leaves a wife, five children, and a large circle of friends to mourn his untimely death.
