HAMPTON-Theodore L. Wood, 66, of Hampton died Thursday, June 6, 2002, at his home in Hampton. Graveside services were held Monday, June 10 at the Hampton Cemetery.

Theodore was born Jan. 9, 1936, in Geneva to Alvin and Laura Beal Wood. He was raised in Hampton.

He is survived by a son, David, of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Annette Bedford of Sumitt, Miss., and Shannon Mullen of Pensacola, Fla.; five brothers, Alvin Wood Jr. of Dumont, Delbert Wood of Kanawha, Raymond Wood of Hampton, Donald Wood of Sheffield, and William Wood of Sioux City; and three sisters, Mary Perkins of Hampton, Laura Beenken of Clarion and Sarah Dolash of Tama.

Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home of Hampton was in charge of arrangements.
