Death of Mrs. O. E. Bergeson

Funeral services for Mrs. O. E. Bergeson were held Sunday at Trinity church in Ellsworth with Rev. C. J. Naglestad officiating. Mrs. Bergeson died Friday morning from a stroke of paralysis which she suffered about three weeks ago. She was 70 years old May 2 and was born in Illinois.

Mrs. Bergeson had lived at Ellsworth nearly half a century, having come to Iowa with her parents. She was married in 1888 to O. E. Bergeson, who died last year.

They were the parents of five children, two of whom died in infancy, Elvin, who died in 1928 and two daughters Mrs. Gertrud Holland of Chicago and Mrs. Jemima Gammons of Minneapolis. One sister also survives, Mrs. P. N. Hyrup of Odell, Ill.
