I am looking for any information on David and Azubah Rice family that lived in Floyd County Iowa from abt 1850 - 1900's. David Rice was born at Guilford,Windham,Vermont 22 Mar 1789, and died Floyd, Floyd, Iowa 03 Aug,1873. Azubah Boyden Rice was born at Guilford,Windham,Vermont 18 Aug,1788 and died at Floyd,Floyd,Iowa. Their children were Norman A. Rice, Dexter Rice, Henry Rice and Betsy Rice. My main quest is "who was David's father?" Any information of the Rice families that lived in Floyd County, Iowa would be appreciated. A copy of the David Rice obituary might be my answer to all.
