George Nelson Cobb and wife Sarah Elizabeth (Putney) Cobb are buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Charles City, Iowa. They are listed online under the surname "COFF". Sarah Elizabeth Putney Cobb died in Minneapolis, Minnesota, her death record stated she was buried in Charles City, Iowa.

Daughter Martha Lurena Cobb never married, she also died in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and on her death certificate, she like her mother, was buried in Charles City, Iowa.
