Last hanging in 1895?

EASTMAN

I came across a letter dated June 24, 1895 that mentions a possible hanging that may take place on the courthouse square. A trial was in process of two (?) boys that had killed their friend. Anyone out there know anything about this? Would appreciate any information that would varify this letter. The letter was written by a man by the name of Eastman to Frank Bager of Ohio. Thanks for your time and any information you may pass my way.
