This book is a very nice collection of mostly pictures that tell the history of Clermont. Chapters include (1) Clermont Askew, (2) The River, the Dam, and the Mill, (3) the Brick City, (4) The Larrabees, (5) Churches and Schools, (6) Railroads, Banks and Private Enterprise, (7) Public Spaces and Private Places (cemeteries, hotels), (8) Monuments and Dedications and (9) People and Families (mostly authors family). There is one picture on page 100 that is not taken in Clermont !

There is also a small booklet, "Historic Clermont", that was done by the Clermont Historical Society several years ago but has been reprinted. Copies might be available from the society.
