Hazel Rady

Hazel M. Rady, 72, of 1005 Court St., Apt. 2, died at 10:34 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 1991, at Burlington Medical Center.

Born Aug. 31, 1918, at Clinton, she was the daughter of William and Mary Matilda Peterson Rollins. She married William C. Rady Sept. 17, 1937, in Burlington. He died March 6, 1988.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Salvation Army Church.

Surviving are one son, Robert Rady, Burlington; three brothers, Dan Rollins and Lawrence Rollins, both of Burlington and Norman Rollins, Lakeside, Calif.; one sister, Marjorie Robinson, Burlington; two granddaughters; five great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Prugh's Chapel.

The service for Mrs. Rady will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel with Corps Sgt. Maj. Thelma Dickson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
