Richard Dehner

Richard Arthur Dehner, 43, a life resident, of Carman, Ill. vicinity, died at Mercy hospital at 12:40 a.m. Thursday.

Mr. Dehner was the son of Henry C. and Vera Campbell Dehner, and was born Oct. 6, 1924, in Burlington. He was married to Emma Gean Hetrick in Burlington on Sept. 9, 1949. Mr. Dehner was a member of St. John church.

Surviving: The wife, daughters, Rita, Jeanne, and Joanne Dehner, all at home; brothers, Donald Dehner of Biggsville, Ill., and Henry Dehner of Burlington, and sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Gooding of West Point and at Burlington; Helen Dehner, Mrs. Madeline King, Mrs. Margaret Huber, and Mrs. Kathryn Rappenecker. A brother died previously, as did his parents.

Services: St. John church, Saturday at nine, Sacred Heart cemetery. Rosary at Giles Chapel Friday at 7:30.
