Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Clifton Funeral home in Earlville for James Columbus Fogel, 77, of Earlville, who died Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 2:30 a.m. in his home in Earlville. He had been in failing health for the past year.
Mr. Fogel was born Aug. 24, 1990 at Osterdock in Clayton county. He is survived by his wife and nine children, five sons and four daughters.
The Rev. Charles Fort, pastor of the local Methodist church officiated in the Union Thorpe cemetery.
