According to an article written by Sarah E. Ingle in the Milton-Eagle 1929 (Milton, Umatilla Co, Or):
"I crossed the plains with my father and his family when I was fifteen years of age. We started from Bloomfield, Iowa, in the spring of 1862".
Sarah's parents were Elijah & Mary Ann Henson-Ingle. They lived in Lick Creek & Perry Tsps., Davis Co., Ia from before 1856 until the spring of 1862.
I am hoping to find information regarding the wagon train that left Bloomfield for California & Oregon in the spring of 1862.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
