I am seeking information regarding the relationship between Indiana (name may have been Lydia Ann or Ann)Lynch and James Stevens (Stephens). They were married in Davis County, 29 Oct 1848 and appear together in the 1850 Federal Census for Davis County (Bloomfield TWP). Two children appear, Jonathan, 11, b. MO and James H., 9, b. IA. I do not believe these are her children as her age is listed as 22. They may be his from a previous marriage. He is listed as age 34.

My ancestress, Indiana Stevens married Ebenezer Taylor, 5 May 1859 in Appanoose County. (It has been said that she was a Lynch prior to marrying a Stevens/Stephens.) 1860 Federal Census shows 3 Stevens' children living in the household of Ebenezer Taylor and Indiana. They were Columbus, age 9; Wm S. (who was listed as Shelby Wm. in 1870), age 7 and Emaline, age 4. All were born in Iowa.

Can anyone help me put these individuals together??

Thanks!!
