I had a relative in same group in the early 1900's
in IOWA. i think it was more or less a group of
men like, a faternal orginazation that grouped
together to take care of their own. They were
not indians , like the name Red men implies.
I think there is some infor on the group on
the Crawford Co. IOWA site. joann
