Tina,
It is interesting to run across your query today, because I was just looking at my McIntire files.

Like you, the first information I had was the wedding date of Rebecca and Abijah. I think maybe Rebecca's father was a brother of my gg grandfather (William McIntire) as we have a photo with four people labeled "Lida and Locius Elam" (may have been their children). William and James are both listed in the Clinton Co. census of 1850 but neither had a Rebecca for a daughter. So another brother?

The latest info is from the 1880 census that you get at the LDS website. It lists Abijah and Rebecca and their two children, Olive and Viola, as living in Jonesboro, Union Co, Illinois.

Hope this is helpful. I'd be interested in any information you might have on the family.
