Captains from Clinton

DUNCAN, MCMANN, SHORT

I am looking for info on the following men from Clinton. Capt. Albert Duncan, and his brother Thomas who was a steamboat pilot, they lived at 830 N 2nd St. He built the "Park Painter"
Capt. O. P. McMann or McMahon. He built the "Silver Wave"
and
Capt. George L. Short and his brother pilot Jerome E. Short.
