I can't help you Heidi. You're trying to find naturalization records and a birth record and using a commercial enterprise which probably doesn even exist to do it. On the later census records for Otto, is his nativity indicated as Iowa on all of them? If you're looking for naturalization papers I would suggest you use the publication by P. William Philby entitled "Immigration and Naturalization Records" usually found in larger genealogy research facilities. Good luck in your quests. Dick
