Steinhardts in Clinton Co.

STEINHARDT, SCHWERDTFEGER

I am trying to locate my ancestors Albert Steinahardt and Caroline Schwerdtfeger who immigrated to Clinton Co Iowa in 1883. All I know is they arrived in Baltimore in May of 1883 and the next I know of them is working in a shoe factory in Clinton Co. Anyone know what shoe factory this may be and how I can find more info? Thanks!
